IOW you wish to image all the coverage available with any Leica lens for 35mm, Well, you and I know that would require at least a 36mm x 36mm format. I wonder how many problems and defects in the lenses would be uncovered if they did that. In the computer industry, I tend to find all sorts of interesting problems when I start looking in dusty corners where no one else ever bothers to look. Hello Pico, The 135mm Hektor was sometimes advertised by Leitz as being designed to be able to cover a 4in X 5in format.
