Just received my PM back from Leica Germany with an engraving top. The 50 Lux V2 is a Kento repaint and the black paint 14009 winder with added engraving in the front.

I had sold all my gear to acquire the M6 TTL Titanium with the Lux 35 titanium but unfortunately the meter mas not in good shape. Sent it back & traded for an MP Hammertone & a Cron v4 35mm in chrome.

This is my only camera & lens now (plus a iiif w/ heliar 40mm as backup)

New to me MP 0.58. The camera looks and feels like it was never used.
I’m not sure about the sharkskin - so slippery and I get goose bumps when I touch it 😂

As a glass-wearer I appreciate the viewfinder magnification very much.

That's awesome! Is there any possibility to get a black shutter please button like that?

Thanks!

That’s a modified and repainted MP.

leica does not provide this possibility, except maybe on MP3 or M3j.

here it is with some of the finest Japanese LTM lens.

Here is one place you can get something like this.

I just purchased a black paint MP in Hong Kong about a week ago.  The black paint finish is gorgeous.  The camera joins a mint 50 anniversary black chrome M4 and they compliment each other nicely (reason I did not get the black chrome MA).  I also added a 21f2.8 Zeiss Biogon and a 50f2.8 Elmar M Version 2 collapsable which may become part of my 35/50/90 travel kit.
