Excellent set, I would assume, that the first one was picked, which is the most professional looking (but also least interesting). We all tend to be more stereotypical on the professional level. The last two are softer, more personal. Simply as a matter of taste, I probably would have processed the third one a tad warmer, in terms of the colour temperature.

you are a lucky man Stu! All shots are wonderful, for Linkedin I suspect shots #1 and #3 are best --#4 looks like a good one to give to her romantic interest (how's that for 2016 language rather than presuming "boy friend" :-)  )

I've rebalanced two of the photos:

Hi Stuart, for my two cents the 3rd image is most appealing for a networking/corporate type application and I prefer the different WB version that you posted last.
Were it mine for that application I might consider some 'beauty' and 'attention catching' retouching.
Many many options and opinions on developing the photos of course and I think that we each look through our own prism on style there.

Stuart - This is not even close.  The third (now second) is better by a mile.  She actually looks good in the second.  She looks like she just checked out of a hostel in the first.  "Big league" difference :)

Geoff -

Thank you.  What would you suggest?

Stuart that gets into everyones individual style of course. I commented because I had recently made some corporate style photos and photos for castings with a couple of friends. Very few photos get looked at for more than a few seconds. For a little more attention holding I might aim for making an image a little brighter and with a little more contrast (curve). Adding Pop in other words. Retouching wise I routinely do beauty type adjustments- not meaning to hijack your post though. I am happy to chat separately if you wanted.
