Thanks for these pictures. The restoration is clearly well along - the detailing is fabulous. I once (1970s) had a neighbour who had a two-seater open Rolls Royce from the late 1920s. He had to replace some tubing that looked like copper - apparently it was in fact bronze, and the factory provided a replacement part (in bronze). He said the his only issue with the car was tires - otherwise he would have felt confident to drive it across Canada.

Not possible to estimate; the coachwork is undergoing separate restoration. Completed RR Silver Ghost full restoration projects sell for £300,000 to over £1,000,000 - depending on model and provenance and objective (e.g. concours contenders)
