dancook Posted May 24, 2016 Share #1 Posted May 24, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) In anticipation of this weekend's comic con I had a test shoot with my wife, with the same setup I will use this coming Sunday to photograph cosplayers. Echo63 Posted May 25, 2016 Share #3 Posted May 25, 2016 I would say your setup works ! out of interest - what is the setup ? from the catchlights in the eyes, it looks like a small softbox to camera left, and possibly a reflector to the right ? Echo63 Posted May 25, 2016 Share #5 Posted May 25, 2016 I was going to get an AD-360. then they released the AD-600. now i am not sure.... the 360 is smaller and lighter, the 600 has more power (great for fighting through an ND filter on the M or pushing against full sun) and is all in one convenient unit. I am interested to see your pictures from the convention !

Echo63 Posted May 26, 2016 Share #9 Posted May 26, 2016 Can't remember the flash power, but here's some AD360 against the sun, also with my Leica Q I remember seeing those when you first posted them, great series of pics. i am leaning towards the 600 - its bulkier and heavier, but is all on one, no cables or stand mount to mess around with, and would be handy when i need to flood an area with light like i did last night
