Cedar Breaks National Monument, Utah.  This is at 10,000 feet elevation.   Spectacular scenery.  Didn't expect snow at this time of year.  Camera did an amazing job.

We just drove through there (twice) going back & forth to Bryce Canyon.  Wanted to take some photos but didn't see many turnouts or places to stop.  That is a very nice are.  I would've liked to have taken some shots of the mountains/hoodoos from down below.  We had our dog with us and couldn't really hike the trails to the bottom at Bryce.

Same here, we also drove through a few times and were impressed by the landscape there. It turns out there's a small visitor's center for the Dixie National Forest not far from the "Salt and Pepper Shaker" hoodoos; that is where the interpretive trail begins and ends, so I was able to spend a couple hours there.

Outstanding Bryce Canyon shots by the way!
