Hi there - I very much enjoy looking at the contributions on here and would like to add a few of my own. However, my problem is that every time I try to load a picture (having exported it from Lightroom to my desktop) I'm told the picture is too large but I can't see how to reduce the size of the jpeg on the export page of Lightroom. Does anybody have the answer?

I use an MP240 and edit with Lightroom on an imac.

Many thanks in advance.

Simon

If you would like not to reduce the JPG, you can upload to your account on Flickr or another site. On Flickr, click the down arrow at the bottom right of your photo, copy the linke for the  dimensions, and paste it here as a photo link.

In the export dialogue, select export to disk and in the file settings set limit file size to 500k. Below that set the longest side to 1000 pixels.
