I've posted another Set of samples at http://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/258601-baking-of/

hope you enjoy. In case anybody's interested, i'll upload some RAW files later today.

Thank you very much for the samples. Some of them have a great 3d look.

I would be interested in the raw files and any further thoughts you have on the lens.

By the way, one minor correction. On your What's good section it should be "Works on all TL-mount cameras".

It's called the L mount, though. It was originally the T mount, but when the SL came out, they renamed it L. TL is the lens designation, not the mount. :-)

Thank you for the kind words, everyone. If I have some free time today or tomorrow I'll try to share a DNG.

It is all very confusing for some of us! :-) Thanks for the clarification.

Please share a DNG if you can, and thanks again for your nice review.

Hi everyone, i compiled the images i posted yesterday as RAW files and uploaded them - feel free to play around with them, as always: attribution by name if made public.

Thank you very much for these. The lens has definitely a nice rendering and seems to work well with the T sensor. I love the colour that comes out of this combination. I can see a small distortion correction applied using the profile and maybe some chromatic aberration corrections as well, but overall nothing major.

Overall, it is a lovely lens, I just find it difficult to justify based on its weight/size and cost for me, but I will have the chance to test it again this week, so we will see...

I had the opportunity to take some pictures with my new Summilux TL and the IQ is stunning.

This lens together with firmware 1.5 make the Leica T an amazing tool

I would love to share some more pictures, but I don't know how to post them with the 500K limit. Any advise is appreciated

@Stillstand ist RĂĽckschritt:

I usually "save as" my jpg's or dng's in Lightroom or Photoshop - keep the format as a JPG and just dial down the "quality".

On a mac, if you pull up your photos using "preview" and "export" as a JPG, when you dial down the "quality" it will tell you the file size.

I am sure there are other (probably better) ways.

Looking forward...

Cheers

@DGP

I tried it, but it would not let me reduce the quality below 400K

Now I jus follow the example of SirPiet and post some more pictures individually
