jurijgallegra Posted January 10, 2016 Author Share #5 Posted January 10, 2016 jpg standard profile RGB or Adobe RGB, wb auto or manual. you can take some tests, and tell me if the problem turns out to you? On Dng no problem only jpg native and videos
LocalHero1953 Posted January 10, 2016 Share #6 Posted January 10, 2016 There's more than enough evidence on this forum and elsewhere that this is not a normal problem, without anyone doing more tests, unless you can explain the specific conditions when it occurs. What was the WB setting on the image you posted? Was it entirely natural light or was there artificial light as well? Were you using AE or manual? jurijgallegra Posted January 10, 2016 Author Share #11 Posted January 10, 2016 This problem I had with 3 cameras. The sky is solarized cyan, again only in highlights.
ramarren Posted January 10, 2016 Share #12 Posted January 10, 2016 So why are you overexposing? As I've said, I don't see any of this with my camera.
fcomarin69 Posted January 10, 2016 Share #13 Posted January 10, 2016 which lens are you using? I don't have any problem with JPG or Video. Did you modify anything on any of the profiles?
Cliff S Posted January 10, 2016 Share #14 Posted January 10, 2016 Make sure jpg is set to fine and large. I've seen poor highlights on lower res jpgs.
LocalHero1953 Posted January 10, 2016 Share #15 Posted January 10, 2016 Try exposing correctly
antikythera Posted January 10, 2016 Share #16 Posted January 10, 2016 I have same problem. but think it's not a "problem" but a SL's default Jpg configuration. you can take picture like this when subject in high contras situation, like sunset. and yes, whenever take a picture of sky it's over cyaned. Leica must fix this.
Visionhu Posted January 10, 2016 Share #17 Posted January 10, 2016 Yeah, that's what I wanted to ask – why do you overexpose video by 2 steps? What would you like to see?
thighslapper Posted January 10, 2016 Share #18 Posted January 10, 2016 try to overexpose 2 stop if you see getting the same problem. Try on the sky The camera is not the thing that is defective. You will not get correctly colour balanced photos without correct exposure ..... no matter what camera you use.
jurijgallegra Posted January 10, 2016 Author Share #19 Posted January 10, 2016 I set jpg large. if you see the pictures I posted I am not very overexposed, but the highlights have this problem. I set everything I used the standard 24-90, I tried with the Leica q and Canon, but I had no defect.
