IkarusJohn Posted December 21, 2015 Share #2 Posted December 21, 2015 Lovely camellia, Louis! and the motion of the bee is nice, too. What did you do in post, if I may ask? The colour has a very old-fashioned feel about it.

Louis Posted December 22, 2015 Author Share #8 Posted December 22, 2015 Lovely camellia, Louis! and the motion of the bee is nice, too. What did you do in post, if I may ask? The colour has a very old-fashioned feel about it. Thank you very much, John. The PP wasn't much; just a little vignette to bring the focus to the subject!... What you see in the colors is, maybe, due to the lens. I am using old Nikkor manual lenses! Fantastic!!! Very kind of you, my dear Ece. I actually remembered a more or less similar shot that you posted one or two years ago! Louis, a terrific wow-shot!!! How did you capture that speedy subject? did you wait until something appeared ,prefocussed or how was your technique? Thank you very much, dear Iduna. I was trying to shoot the flower and while I was focusing, I heard the bee; I opened my other eye and saw it turning around. I waited a second and was lucky to catch it when it arrived over the flower! hahaha, that makes me laugh loud. amazing shot and humorous title. Thank you, dear Rodrigue. Quite lovely. Much appreciated, Stuart!
