A selection from a trip over the last few days ..... all with the 24-90 or the WATE. Took the SL 50/1.4 but hardly used it.

 

I think Leica made a terrible mistake releasing the 24-90 first ...... it really makes all the proposed prime lenses in this range redundant ...... :huh:

A selection from a trip over the last few days ..... all with the 24-90 or the WATE. Took the SL 50/1.4 but hardly used it.

ceilings and tilted shots with camera on the floor levelled with guidebooks/iphone/strap/spare batteries etc etc....

 

others handheld of 'T' with shutter speeds of 1/10-1/20 sec with OIS on ...... trying to keep ISO as low as possible. WATE ditto. I try and keep below ISO 400 if at all possible. 

 

never found a situation yet where a bit of ingenuity can't get round the need of a tripod.......
