Advertisement Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Hi Stealth3kpl, Take a look here Noctilux f1 Service. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Herr Barnack Posted November 16, 2015 Share #2  Posted November 16, 2015 I called Leica NJ about a week ago to ask about getting my 90 Summicron APO coded. The cost I was quoted was $300. That is their minimum service charge, so any repairs apparently run $300 plus the cost of parts. zipper Posted November 19, 2015 Share #3  Posted November 19, 2015 I sent my Nocti to a 'specialist' who didn't do a good job - to say the least, at the same time it had an aftermarket code cut into the mount and the whole thing took me almost a year to get back after I had to return it for further correction. This was an expensive lesson.  So this January gone,  I had my f/1 re-coded by Leica, to do it properly the Noctis all need new bayonet mount to avoid the 'code' cutting the screw slot! With a general CLA, calibration etc.to correct the other 'repair' the total was about £250. It was a bargain in my opinion. I now only send my digital gear to Leica, my film bodies and lenses to Peter in Luton who I absolutely trust.
