I use the M macro adapter, but only with the SL (the M60 doesn't have live view). As I understand it the M-macro adapter works just fine with the M(240) ... or do I have the wrong end of the stick? Well i'm not a Sony rep but my A7s mod feels as strong as my M240 i must say.
