icon80 Posted December 8, 2015 Share #363 Posted December 8, 2015 Welcome to the thread Mark. Glad to know there is at least one Leica in Toowoomba. I haven't been there since 1993! #355 is beautiful and #356 most interesting. Didn't know of either place. Will be back in Noosa for the last week of January. You'll notice I've earlier submitted photos from Noosa and Tewantin. So I may go up to lake Cootharaba. Anywhere else nearby you would recommend? Thank you Mark. Any trip up the Noosa River into Lake Cootharaba and into the upper reaches of the Noosa River is lovely. Here is one from the Southport Spit, to follow up on some recent postings from the seaside. platypus Posted December 13, 2015 Share #375 Posted December 13, 2015 (edited) Pop-Up Donkeys. Jincumbilly donkey farm: four of the dozen or so miniature donkeys that appeared suddenly and are mowing the grass around the abandoned railway siding. Judging by the appearance of several of them an increase in the herd can be expected in the not too distant future. They are so cute. Welcome, dear visitor! platypus Posted December 15, 2015 Share #377 Posted December 15, 2015 Hi Dave, Thank you! B&W conversions in LR from the M9 seem to yield results as good those I've ever got from film in the good old days. What I really want is to catch those donkeys hanging about up on the station platform....just have to keep going back. Regards, Dee
