Lovely Dee...very clear and bright.  Good processing...again.

(44 degrees C, here today...yikes!)

......and the ABC weatherman tells us that SA and Vic. have already endured about a week of similar temperatures, my sympathy to you all!

"On a clear day, you can see forever ... "

View from Cope Hut (Bogong High Plains) - Mt Kosciuszko is just visible on the skyline, not too far left of centre.

"on a clear day you can see forever"

Les, this is gorgeous. The dead gums echoed by the foreground wildflowers are....well, not to overdo the superlatives, but; quite beautiful!

Do you ever walk into NSW?

Mark, an excellent pano result with colour of the rock perfectly captured.

Thank you Dee.  Here is another picture to keep the ball rolling.  Brisbane River, fairly early in the morning whilst waiting for the Citycat ferry.

Sometimes Brisbane can look etherial..! This is lovely image of the big, muddy and rather unpredictable river.

Ethereal Brisbane? An oxymoron if there was ever one ;)

No offence to the Forum members who inhabit Brisbane.

Beautiful scene and photograph Icon.  I might have to allow one exception for that oxymoron!

Thanks Mark.  No worries about your thoughts on Brisbane.  I have an affection for the place, but must confess to being much more settled in Toowoomba now - much less humidity.

Your post of Bondi is very evocative of Sydney and its relationship to the sea.

Lovely Mark.  Makes me nervous though, the girl sitting "on the edge". We know these cliffs are infamous.

And the other Mark...love the misty mystery...v beautiful.

The quality continues.  I'll be posting soon trying to capture something while we are down at Aldinga Beach with our far flung family, for Christmas. It's stinking hot but got the sea for a dip.

To all, a great Christmas, and safe holiday season.

all best Dave S
