S 007 + 70mm. Trying to shoot the 70mm more while looking for a good deal on a 45mm. I regret not picking one up for $1700 when I had the chance...

Man with his cat.  There was a free mobile vet clinic set up in Occidental Square, Seattle today to care for the pets of the homeless population (along with a mobile dental clinic, human health screening and aide services). This man was just waiting for his cat's appointment for an exam and shots.

Photographed Killswitch Engage tonight in support of Iron Maiden.
Always a fun time using the S2 in low light, but I can't help but wonder how much more fun an S3 would be... (or y'know one of those fancy mirrorless SL3's 😆)

Thanks so much!

Shot in manual focus (autofocus is the only thing that falls over with the S2 in a concert situation) in manual with spot metering, 1/125 @ f2.5, 640iso.
I shoot in RAW and adjust exposure and colors etc. to suit afterwards - the original file straight from camera looks like this:

S2 006, Summarit-S 70 mm, 1/500, 8.0.
In 2022 I choose the S2 006 for its CCD sensor and it doesn’t dissapoint. I love the colors and dynamic range.
