Guest NEIL-D-WILLIAMS Posted July 21, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 21, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Yesterday my two new lenses arrived; a 120mm CS and 30mm CS so those new lenses and my current 70mm should have me covered focal length wise for a while. Just need to get out and try these new puppies out :) Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! dungnt Posted July 22, 2015 Share #4 Posted July 22, 2015 HI Niel Please post some pics with your new 30mm lens. I am about to make decision to choose wide-angle lens (30mm or 24mm).
IWC Doppel Posted July 22, 2015 Share #5 Posted July 22, 2015 If I was fortunate enough to buy an S I'd love the 24mm, for internal shots of properties and buildings, that's 19mm equivalent with a 24mm 'persective'.
John McMaster Posted July 22, 2015 Share #6 Posted July 22, 2015 The 24mm is a lovely lens, I do not have the 30mm (or 100mm) but the zoom covers that. However neither zoom nor 24mm are available as CS if that matters.... john
IWC Doppel Posted July 22, 2015 Share #7 Posted July 22, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) I am genuinely tempted to look for an S2 with 24mm and I have a Hasselblad SWC with 12 frames left of Velvia on a tripod and I havent picked it up in 2 years and it has some old pictures on it ! BUT I'd love an S2 with a 24mm I can 'develop' in LR very quickly and print on my 3880 straight away..
John McMaster Posted July 22, 2015 Share #8 Posted July 22, 2015 I have owned three SWCs over the years.... john

albertknappmd Posted July 24, 2015 Share #11 Posted July 24, 2015 I found the 24mm lens to be a real stunner and have used it extensively... I would encourage you to purchase this one as opposed to the 30mm which is excellent but more conventional. Albert
