Sirona/Schick, Gendex and Durr Vistacam are top of the line in intraoral cameras, but there are dozens of other brands. All of them offer more or less the same. For extraoral Dental photography I always used a Nikon with Medical Nikkor in the past, at one point a Digilux 3, kit lens and 2x converter with Olympus ring flash, but nowadays I just pull out my iPhone...
