Marco.Colnaghi Posted March 14, 2015 Share #10 Posted March 14, 2015 lovely shot! for whom with dubts on making it with digital: many digital cameras offer multiple exposure mode, otherwise simple image stacking without messing other things can reproduce it. Lee Martin Posted March 14, 2015 Share #11 Posted March 14, 2015 Like it, it could look really good as a wall size "accent wall" in somewhere like a coffee bar or deli provided it wasn't too bright.
colonel Posted March 14, 2015 Author Share #12 Posted March 14, 2015 Harold , overlay of multiple images or reflections ?Nice composition Best Henry triple exposure caused, by, ahem, the film breaking out of the sprockets. So I just took another few shots and rewound the film ... best rgds
Guest Posted March 15, 2015 Share #13 Posted March 15, 2015 Right, so it should be possible to do this on purpose with my M6, right? The effect is very interesting, so have an idea how I might be able to "misload" the film. Shall need to be at the bottom of a coal mine to both load and unload but could work. Could be fun. colonel Posted March 15, 2015 Author Share #14 Posted March 15, 2015 Just saw this thread, doesn't look like it's possible with Leicas with a rewind lever: http://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54209 Of course you could take multiple photos and then combine them post fact in Adobe ..... Guest Posted March 15, 2015 Share #15 Posted March 15, 2015 My evil plan is to find somewhere very dark, and then open a new film and snip off the bit at the end that normally goes onto the takeup spool. Then misload making sure the film doesn't quite reach the takeup spool. Then snap snap snap three times, and in theory the frame won't advance a millimetre. Then (I know, I know) back into a dark place and this time properly pull the film into the take up spool. So 30+ normal snaps later, and we'll see how it turns out. Either a new multiple exposures thread, or more likely a cr@p photo quietly deleted before anyone finds out. :-) Ric
