This has been helpful. Â I've questioned Leica Ginza why the fees are over 3x of what you've paid and quoted your pricing to them. Hopefully they'll be able to negotiate. AnakChan Posted April 13, 2015 Share #43  Posted April 13, 2015 Thank you. This has been helpful.  I've questioned Leica Ginza why the fees are over 3x of what you've paid and quoted your pricing to them. Hopefully they'll be able to negotiate.  Followup: This did help a little. Leica Ginza quoted me a price of ~€510. Not as low as @MeM's but at least better than the original ~€765 originally quoted. Re-leathering to saddle black is ~€686.
jaapv Posted April 13, 2015 Share #44 Â Posted April 13, 2015 Why don't you just use Cameraleather? That would save you hundreds of $$$.
AnakChan Posted April 13, 2015 Share #45 Â Posted April 13, 2015 [OT] I guess I was attempting to keep my M7 as "original" as possible. I seem to recall the photos from cameraleather's site to look somewhat less than impressive - possibly their samples used on their web page to appear too "funky".
