jkjod Posted November 17, 2014 Share #1 Posted November 17, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) I recently picked up a M2 and when I mount a lens it can easily be turned so any of the frame lines show up. In fact, it can be turned so the lens actually can be dismounted without pushing the release button. I see there is a screw on release button, will this help the problem? I have had the same lens on a M3 and never had this problem. Thanks for the help. Jordan

jaapv Posted November 17, 2014 Share #2 Posted November 17, 2014 So it doesn't click in . Probably the spring in the release mechanism is broken. Have the camera serviced.
