Louis Posted September 30, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 30, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) I mostly shot the swimming because it is the first race and starts very early in the morning! I love the sea at the sunrise with its atmosphere, strong colors and long shadows. Biking and running that follow the swimming are not as "Photogenic". It usually passes in a complete panic, mess and disorderly! The crowd is everywhere and the participants are not grouped. DLux5 Welcome, dear visitor! pauledell Posted October 1, 2014 Share #4 Posted October 1, 2014 Louis, A fine set with the warm colors and the interesting event. I like the first one where their are two groups of swimmers divided by one very tall photographer. Paul

jedi996sps Posted October 2, 2014 Share #6 Posted October 2, 2014 A great set. No3 is my absolute favourite... a shame (in my mind) that you cut the man down the middle though ... but still, a really great shot.
Louis Posted October 2, 2014 Author Share #7 Posted October 2, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Ali, thank you very much!... As for cutting the man, I really didn't have any choice to compose; they were all over the place and running all over; I had to shoot fast whatever I could. I did not resize in PP because I did not like the "shape" of the final shot by cutting the right side ! But I think the light and the movement of the waves was interesting to post
