satijntje Posted September 25, 2014 Share #5 Posted September 25, 2014 Hi, I had bought 2 years ago the package from NIK just before they were taken over by Google. The only module that I use is Silver Efex is version 2.2.16. What is the current version that you get when you download the package from Google? Are there any significant updates compared to my version i.e. is it worth to update? Thanks for letting me know John
k-hawinkler Posted September 25, 2014 Share #6 Posted September 25, 2014 That's what I am using. http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/2764924-post7.html
wda Posted December 4, 2014 Share #7 Posted December 4, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) How do you get updates from Google? I bought the collection from Google soon after Nik sold out to Google. But there does not appear to be any reminders or prompts to update the plugins. I believe updates are installed automatically, unless you remove the Google Updater from where it is buried in your system.
250swb Posted December 5, 2014 Share #10 Posted December 5, 2014 Yes updates are automatic, years ago when I got the set there was no Analog Efex editor, then one day there was, didn't have to press a single button. Steve
