pauledell Posted September 12, 2014 Share #2 Posted September 12, 2014 Brent, A beautiful picture with lovely light and tones, the contrast with the dark background that still maintains detail and the sharpness. Paul
MarkP Posted September 12, 2014 Share #3 Posted September 12, 2014 Lovely photograph. Did you use on-lens filtration to get the foliage so dark?
Iduna Posted September 12, 2014 Share #4 Posted September 12, 2014 Brent, a fine picture it is: you managed the constrast well with full texture of the blossom and good details of the leaves. The white is showing a particular glow and so adds to the magnificent flower.
fotografr Posted September 12, 2014 Author Share #5 Posted September 12, 2014 Paul, Mark and Iduna--thank you very much. I'm glad you enjoyed the image. Lovely photograph. Did you use on-lens filtration to get the foliage so dark? I didn't use any filters, but did work on the image in SilverEfex Pro II. That software is a beautiful match with the M Monochrom.
