John Basso Posted August 13, 2014 Share #1 Posted August 13, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hallo Everybody.. Today I made a visit to three parks in Toronto's east end called Scarborough. There is an Inn named the Guildwood Inn. It has a beautiful park attached to it.A lot of weddings where held there and the photographers had the great privilege to do the wedding photography right at the adjoining park. The Inn is closed now ( a great pity it is) However the park is still there and new development will come at the old inn. I think the park will remain untouched. During the demolition time in Toronto in the sixties and seventies , a lot of the old banking buildings and their facades were saved an incorporated in this park,Thanks for looking. Louis Posted August 13, 2014 Share #3 Posted August 13, 2014 A rich and beautiful shot, John. If DL6 can take these colors and details, I wonder what a LX8/DL7 with a 1" sensor could do!... I can't wait to see!

John Basso Posted August 14, 2014 Author Share #5 Posted August 14, 2014 A rich and beautiful shot, John. If DL6 can take these colors and details, I wonder what a LX8/DL7 with a 1" sensor could do!... I can't wait to see! Louis :Thank you so much for you're reply. This is very welcome to me.Like you : I also am waiting anxiously for the new LX8 /DL7.Something will have to give. And I believe ;This might be the size of the camera. If it would be a little bigger than my present DL6.I wouldn't mind it to much. However ,I do hope that a lens as good as my F 1.4 Summilux can be tethered with the new larger sensor. This than might be a fabulous camera.I also prefer most Panasonic cameras with their sensors combined by Leica glass .producing excellent colour and sharpness. We will have to wait just a little longer before we can see the ,,bride'' coming down the aisle in all its glory.
