Louis Posted August 9, 2014 Share #2 Posted August 9, 2014 A sweet shot, John. But I have a quick question; is the real color of the shirts blue or a little purple? I am asking you this because I saw them in a real blue on my IPhone, and more purple on my computer!... Since I am continuously (!) recalibrating my monitor, your response would be a great help! pauledell Posted August 10, 2014 Share #3 Posted August 10, 2014 John, A delightful picture of all the people giving attention to those two sweethearts. A favorite breed of mine. We have had two of them through the years. Paul

Hallo Louis I tried to find the same photo in my way to large library.Couldn;t find it at this moment. But the shirts are actually blue This photo however I tweaked a bit in Aperture ,but on my monitor it looks blue.Having said that :It could have shifted colour during transport. If that makes sense to you or maybe my tweaking went a bit to far .Having looked at the photo in question for some time :It is still blue. I hope this helps If I find the original .I'll send you one straight from the camera.Greetings: John Basso.

These last couple of weeks, I have been calibrating my monitor almost every day and often several times a day!... I am completely lost and have no idea how my own shots are being viewed in the Internet!... As for your shot, whatever I do, they still look purple on my monitor. When I put less "Red" to have more blue, everything else becomes pale and flat!... But surprisingly, in my profile photo of a glass of wine that you can see on the left, the background is still blue!... I hope to find the right dose soon!... Thanks again, my friend! Whenever I receive your photo's on my monitor .They seem to be always spot on.The picture I send you of these Golden retrievers has been tweaked a bit in Aperture. So that blue colour of these young people's shirt is the right colour the way I have seen it.They actually are not perfect blue as you see in the gentleman's blue T-shirt , which is a darker blue. The retrievers colour is perfect ,,beige'' .I think your monitor is A1 OK.
