abrewer Posted July 28, 2006 Share #1 Posted July 28, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) This car was arguably the "Best of Show" in Indianapolis last month. I featured its owner a few days ago in a Lightroom sepia conversion; but the car itself would be done a disservice to show it to you in anything less than color. stuny Posted July 28, 2006 Share #2 Posted July 28, 2006 Allan - Good choice. It would be a shame to miss the complimentary yellows.

I just push the button. Here's one last look of the man and machine...still with my MP and 50ASPH on Reala. Thanks. lambroving Posted July 17, 2007 Share #11 Posted July 17, 2007 Allan, Glad Jacques brought this back up to the top or I'd have missed it. I'd know that lens anywhere. Like the framing, detail and textures in #2. Also like #4 and wish it were sharper, but I gather he was moving.

abrewer Posted July 18, 2007 Author Share #13 Posted July 18, 2007 My heavens! Where did these come from? This show was over a year ago. In fact, the show was not even contested this year as part of USGP weekend...another loss for us here in the heartland I fear!!! William, surely you must be kidding. Sharpness lacking? Where? Thanks. lambroving Posted July 18, 2007 Share #14 Posted July 18, 2007 Allan, In the owner's face, but as I said, probably motion rather than focus. Like the pose anyway. You sometimes can't have everything... Try 1/500th next time! Are your e-mail and cell phone still working, or have they been confiscated? BTW, I was at Mallory Park with Ron when you posted these... Look at the date!
