enboe Posted June 12, 2014 Share #1 Posted June 12, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) The price was right, so I took the plunge and picked up the new silver Monochrom. Imagine my disappointment when it didn't come with the free sample Monochrom print. Was I short-changed?

jpk Posted June 12, 2014 Share #5 Posted June 12, 2014 I occasionally used the print to compare with my own prints. Just one possibility to double check if my workflow is wasting lot's of potential of the Monochrome DNGs...
MarkP Posted June 13, 2014 Share #6 Posted June 13, 2014 I beg to differ. Sobol's very high-contrast highly post-processed photograph, which by the way I really like, does nothing to demonstrate the extraordinary resolution and subtle toning that the Monochrom is capable of.
