platypus Posted June 6, 2014 Share #5 Posted June 6, 2014 These are amazing! So I googled "flowering desert plants of Utah" but after a cursory scan of the extraordinary number of choices on offer was unable to find an exact match. The closest seems to be the Desert Fairy Duster of which there are many different examples but none identical to those in Stuart's photos..... so maybe a new sub-species: Stuart's Desert Fairy Duster?!
