Summicron Dual Range

Hello friends, someone knows how can I "divide in two" my Summicron Dual Range? It is very, very tight.

What exactly do you mean ? Summicron DR has (apart focusing and diaphragm) three "movements" :

 

1) Mounting - dismounting the goggle unit

2) Setting of the focusing helicoid from normal to short range

3) Dismounting the lenshead from the focusing mount (to use the lenshead on Visoflex/Bellows etc...)
