It's an art project in which several local artists have been commissioned to put works up for a 30 day period along a stretch of riverside parkland near my home. In this installation, the artist and his partner hand stripped willow twigs and painted them with red gloss enamel. He then enlisted several people to help him hang the strips on this tree. He is the guy with the beard and gray hair on the left in the photo below. Welcome, dear visitor!
