luigi bertolotti Posted March 11, 2014 Share #5 Posted March 11, 2014 Could it be part of the Focorapid system?? No by sure : Focorapid had a set of 4 rings (all coded "14xxx") and no more. and the finishing of your 11076 seems related to other kind of gear. willwright Posted March 11, 2014 Share #9 Posted March 11, 2014 I'm no help on the adapter, but I bought my M2 and its 35mm Summicron from Willy in 1965. The camera is still with me in fine working condition and the store long gone, alas. I spent many a lunch hour peering at the leicas in the glass case. fine memory

Leitz Leica New York Accessory Lot | eBay (though I haven't found a proper evidence of the equivalence of codes COOMI=11076; surfing on ebay, I found it was made also in chrome) Anyway...I feel satisfied for my suggestion to search "around Focoslide"

It took me a few minutes to find the picture hereunder, illustrating various E.Leitz New York (ELNY) rings. Welcome, dear visitor!
