Augost Posted December 4, 2013 Share #1 Posted December 4, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I just bought a used M9 last week (with warranty) and There seems to be a problem with the camera. There are some lines, green and purle running across the bottom of 5 pictures in a row out of 200 pictures I have taken until now... What is this? Is it a problem with the sensor? What should I do? Can it be fixed? Is it worth getting fixed? Thank you all so much and kind rgds, Augost
Advertisement Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Hi Augost, Take a look here New (used) M9. PROBLEM!!??. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Torgian Posted December 4, 2013 Share #2 Posted December 4, 2013 seems like it could be the sensor. Being the expert that I am (XD lol I am soooo not an expert) you may want to look at sending it in and use that warranty.
wda Posted December 4, 2013 Share #3 Posted December 4, 2013 I think the answer is simple. Return it to the vendor and either get a replacement or cash refund. There are plenty of good M9 cameras available, although I would always buy from a Leica dealer for assured back-up in event of problems.
