wilfredo Posted October 3, 2013 Share #1 Posted October 3, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Does this Novoflex adapter work on any M camera or is it limited to the new M(240)? http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-news/2013/09/novoflex-lemler-adapter-6-bit/ Excuse my ignorance but sometimes I lag behind, like Leicas. LOL :-)
Advertisement Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Hi wilfredo, Take a look here Novoflex Inquiry. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
sc_rufctr Posted October 4, 2013 Share #2 Posted October 4, 2013 It will fit on any M camera but how would you focus?
farnz Posted October 5, 2013 Share #3 Posted October 5, 2013 Wilfredo, As sc_rufctr points out, you'll need to zone focus because there's no rangefinder coupling with the LEM-LER adaptor or R lenses. Pete.
TomB_tx Posted October 6, 2013 Share #4 Posted October 6, 2013 Right RF is useless with an adapter. I've used a made-in-China R to M adapter on my M9 primarily with a Visoflex for macro work - can even use my Leicaflex bellows with 100 macro. I have also used the adapter with a 24mm Elmarit-R by zone or scale focus, before I picked up a 21mm M lens.
wilfredo Posted October 10, 2013 Author Share #5 Posted October 10, 2013 I was curious. I won't be going the R to M route. Thanks!
