dan_drabek Posted July 25, 2006 Share #2 Posted July 25, 2006 A very fresh image. Nice contrast in sharpness between the bird and water. DD
itn Posted July 25, 2006 Author Share #3 Posted July 25, 2006 Hi ! DD, Thank you for your comment. During these rainy days, I managed myself to learn more about digital processing. This is the same bird(s) taken with EBX (Elite Chorome) with Apo-Elmarit-R 180mm/f2.8. It looks quite similar to the digital version. Thanks for looking. stuny Posted July 25, 2006 Share #4 Posted July 25, 2006 Iwao - Very nice capture with terrific detail on the bird, nice framing, and a dream-like background reflection of the sky.
fotografr Posted July 25, 2006 Share #5 Posted July 25, 2006 Interesting looking birds but what really makes these shots sing is the background and composition. In the top image the bird is framed nicely out of the center with the concentric circles pulling everything together. Beautiful work.
jmr Posted July 25, 2006 Share #6 Posted July 25, 2006 Iwao, the first shot is looks slightly surreal to me; well seen and composed, with great colour.
Dirk Van der Herten Posted July 25, 2006 Share #7 Posted July 25, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Those birds almost seem to walk on water. Very nice shots, both of them, Namoto-san. Dirk

itn Posted July 25, 2006 Author Share #9 Posted July 25, 2006 Stuart, Black, grey, white and red legs of the bird gave me these images. Thanks for looking.
itn Posted July 25, 2006 Author Share #10 Posted July 25, 2006 Brent, Besides color and focus, composition, as you said, is very important. Thank you fro your comment. jmr, The place where I took this picture was a family oriented indoor park, however, because of the colors and shallow water pool as a background, the picture became surrealistic ! Thank you for your comment. Dirk-san, Okusama ha ogenki desuka? Thank you for looking. Al, Thank you for your kind comment.
Dirk Van der Herten Posted July 25, 2006 Share #11 Posted July 25, 2006 Dirk-san, Okusama ha ogenki desuka? Thank you for looking. Nomoto-san, Okusan wa ogenki de, arigato gozaimasu.
