Thanks for the welcome.  Yes, I find myself grabbing it at any opportunity.   I love the feel of it in my hands and the simplicity of it.  Every time I pick up the OM-D after being away from it for awhile, I have to relearn the menus all over again.  And I'll never use about 95% of the options.  The lens on the X Vario is terrific, and I'm used to very fine m 4/3 primes like the Oly 75mm and the Panny 25mm.  

 

 

 

I must agree about the Olympus menus - they used to drive me mad. I'd be out on a shoot trying to do some basic change and find I was hunting around sub menu after sub menu. Shame, because the cameras and system had a lot going for them.

 

Going back to my mere M8 was always like a return to film days simplicity.
