These photos are terrific, Ernest.  The ADOX Mission is incredible.  I just put my name on a list to get a few rolls when it's available again.

Indeed. So is the photographer. And the lens is...oh that lens...it's just worthy of the photographer.

Thanks so much for the generous comments. Here's hoping that ADOX will see its way to developing some more experimental toxic grain emulsions. Wayne introduced me to Fuji Natura 1600, but it's extinct and difficult to find without the exorbitant price tag.

I keep clicking back to look at this picture. It's so well done, with the hands touching and the funny juxtaposition of the adult hidden in the stroller. It's also perfectly composed, with her head just nestled inside the building in the background, and not one but two horizon lines, with your main subject above one of them, and a hint of greenery in the upper-right corner to provide some context and three-dimensionality. I suspect that the picture wouldn't be nearly as good if you'd been a few inches higher or lower. I also love the digital watch, and the modern-design stroller, adding just a hint of temporality to a timeless-looking picture. And the tonality of the picture itself is very good.

It's really lovely work. Just an ideal picture.

Thank you so much for sharing such an encouraging comments. We pass by this place very often but everything felt right this time. Especially my other daughter hiding in the stroller to escape the photo (not an adult, she is just enjoying the ride). I have a second shot where she shows her face but it is not as good.

Sometimes I wonder if my kids’ photo have something interesting from an external view point. Really glad to know that this one did. More kids’ photos on the way.

Thanks, Doc Henry. There's the spirit of HCB; first, there's painting, then photography, then painting. The hall of mirrors. Thanks for this thread! Keep well.
