glad to see the good dog is well. Washing didn't do any harm... great picture.

Ha, Wayne, the cat  is just suspicious about the little thing in your hands... but tell me: what was the crucial step to get the real progress ?

A nice clean Minox keeps hopping on my shortlist...

no, no-- we want to know all of it.  These seemingly non-essential bits of information make all the difference..

Lake Garda Meeting Optimist Class (2019)

One of the world biggest regatta for kids.

Rolleiflex 6006, Iford FP4+, multiexposure

I love the photo-- but isn't the Lago di Garda infamous for its sudden, out of the blue , violent , thunderstorms that come rushing down the valley from the Alps ?  ...the right place for an Optimist Regatta-as the name says.

Thanks Klaus. I PMed you. I can talk a person's leg off when it comes to Minox. Did not want to clog the thread. :)

Best,

Wayne

Thanks, Phil. We had a few days walking in the Yorkshire Dales between lockdowns.  The little Agfa Isolette iii is a perfect walking partner!

Yes I imagine so. I have a Voigtländer Perkeo which I guess is quite similar - slips into a pocket yet gives sparkling 6X6 quality. But the light in that picture falling on the Viaduct, and your choice of the long shot with a good proportion of the frame devoted to the soft greys of the clouds is quite masterful.

Thank you.  One of the reasons I like Delta 100 developed in DDX is that the finer details and tones are revealed to the extent that I don't often need to use filters  for this kind of walking/shooting whatever-takes-my-fancy photography.

Mamiya 7 80mm HP5 in HC100-B. I scan with a cropped sensor CL and Sigma 70mm macro. This is the first time I've tried taking partial scans and stitching them to do greater justice to the MF quality. Still experimenting, though a FF digital may be in my future.... I'd appreciate suggestions.

To me it depends what the end result is Ken. If for a mural, then maybe something more involved still. For the forum, here, a simple flatbed works for me. You'll get a selection of answers/opinions from this question. Panoramic CL scans sounds like too much work unless you can definitely see a better result.
