Two lighthouses on the northern tip of the island of Rügen. The neoclassical lighthouse, the "Schinkelturm"  dates back to 1827. Since the architect ( and painter ! ), Karl Friedrich Schinkel was one of the most prominent architects of Prussia, the lighthouse wasn't demolished when it went out of service in 1905--they simply added the new lighthouse which went active the same year. It is still working.

Virus ? What virus ?  This was taken in August 20. The state of western Pomerania had and has  the lowest incidence in Covid infections in Germany--1026 cases  with 20 deaths accumulated til today. They claim it is the fresh air.... who knows.

It´s such a drag. And it´s good to have photos as yours--in a while everybody will ask him-or herself: Why didn't I take more photos of this incredible period ???

Despite being a pensioner, I still work in my old job as an eye doctor once or twice a week ....it´s really a demanding experience-mainly for the elder patients.. I try to  laugh with the patients about  the strange situation as often as possible, that makes it tolerable.

nice photo, Fedro.  what was the event and what film did you use?

I agree, that looks a bit flat. But perhaps the spooky atmosphere is what you wanted ?

I just put two Acros II through with D 76-- the negatives look good so far.

DD-X should be an adequate developer for this kind of film too.. so keep us informed if you find out what happened.

Rog, there is a international fraternity of Artsy-fartsy-disciples.... So far I have avoided to bare my lens to the products, but thinking about it.....

very nice; if you moved to the right and the camera higher, it could have looked like the crane was dumping into the waste bin!
