An interesting colour palette. How do you like the film? And how’s your experience with the camera?

So, with Aryel paving the way with half-frame I grabbed a few of my own. First is a diptych from last year with my Pen FT and 40mm f1.4, using HP5+, processed in Caffenol.

Wow, I've never heard of this film before. Really love this. I've been wanting find a look like this for a while with digital but haven't been able to yet. It seems they don't make this film anymore though unfortunately. Great photo!

Most of my photos were of my kids, and for this I don't really like the Phoenix film results. Skin tend to be very red and I struggle to get colours I like. When it works, it works though but it is not for me...

Camera is fun, very easy to use and got keepers on the first roll. The zone focusing gets a bit of time to get used too but overall it is a fun little camera. 72 photos per roll kind of change the way I shoot too. Less savvy, more playful.

I like these and the car ones a lot. Very inspiring. Thanks for sharing!

One thing about the Minox subminiature camera, Riga in this case, is that it reveals quite a bit about the quality of the film used. This is from my first roll using ADOX HR50. I have to say this is about as good a rendering as I have ever experienced. Rodinal, stand developed.

Maybe a bit over exposed or developed. But that is hardly the film's fault.

Sorry to say, the experimental film ADOX Color Implosion is impossible to find, except for the occasional online secondary market pushing stratospheric prices, like $250 for one roll. Also, ADOX Mission was a short-lived follow-up emulsion, but there was also Lomochrome Color '92. Another interesting film is Fujicolor Natura 1600, pricey at $100 to $300 per roll.
