I'd also add that this thread is virtually every month reported as the most active thread in the forum.

 

What I like so much about this thread are the wonderful images.  What I also like is the de facto demonstration that as of January 7, 2018, film still brings something to an image that digital cannot ― not even after having been Photoshoped, VSCOized, Silver Efexized, or whatever-simulationized.

In the upper end of Hoboken by 15th and 16th street, there's an area where people will leave their boats to seemingly rot.  It's become a sort of de facto boat graveyard if you will, and the boats sit there until they subside and ultimately sink.  I found it very interesting.
