Wayne Posted March 7, 2017 Share #28982 Posted March 7, 2017 With most birds, telephoto is called for. I think the vulture demands a bit of context. Welcome, dear visitor! Michael Geschlecht Posted March 7, 2017 Share #28984 Posted March 7, 2017 (edited) Hello Wayne, Nice photo. A vulture always demands a bit of context. Or, at least most vultures think they do. Nice second photo also. Best Regards, Michael Edited March 7, 2017 by Michael Geschlecht

Bateleur Posted March 7, 2017 Share #28988 Posted March 7, 2017 With most birds, telephoto is called for. I think the vulture demands a bit of context. img097-2.JPG Semflex TLR, Berthiot 3.5, Ektar 100 If I may Wayne, this version rests easier for me sure the building sits plum center etc but there is something about it that just feels right (perhaps the vulture has something to do with it). Oh and I looked up the Semflex, interesting camera, Doc Henry would approve. Regards Charles

Popular Post honcho Posted March 7, 2017 Popular Post Share #28990 Posted March 7, 2017 My Fujifilm GX617 has been my worldwide travelling companion for years. I've hauled it up and down the mountains of England, Scotland and Wales, it's crossed continents, been soaked with rain, dew and spray, frozen and sunburnt and it's still as good as the day Robert White delivered it to me! mrckdavies Posted March 7, 2017 Share #28997 Posted March 7, 2017 I think in my last post of my daughter demolishing an ice cream i mentioned the fact that the film scan was terrible due to the rushed supermarket processing. Well I just got a chance to rescue some shots from this roll. So these shots were taken with my Nikon F3 on Kodak Ektar 100. 200/3.5 Vivitar That day we had been playing with a football on Aberavon beach and decided afterwards to enjoy the view.
