stunsworth Posted May 17, 2013 Share #1 Posted May 17, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) This is a fascinating place. I try to stop off there whenever I'm returning home from Dover. There are a million photographs to be taken. M8, 24mm Elmarit Welcome, dear visitor! pauledell Posted May 17, 2013 Share #3 Posted May 17, 2013 Steve, Excellent composition with the high horizon and the depth given to it by the tracks. Lovely tones and clarity also. Paul
Karl G Posted May 17, 2013 Share #4 Posted May 17, 2013 Very nice composition that makes the viewer want to keep going along the tracks deeper and deeper into the picture.
alun Posted May 17, 2013 Share #5 Posted May 17, 2013 Steve, Very nice indeed - and beautifully presented. I'm guessing you know of Howard Soley's many pictures of the area for Derek Jarman's various books? I have always loved Soley's sumptuous little pictures (I say little because one almost always sees them reproduced as tiny little jewels).
platypus Posted May 18, 2013 Share #6 Posted May 18, 2013 This is absolutely amazing, so textured and minimal. I want to go there!
