martha Posted April 14, 2013 Share #1 Posted April 14, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) (I hope that this is the correct subforum for my question....) I frequently use a CV Nokton 1.4 lens on my M9-P. Can anyone tell me if there is a comparable Leica lens I can manually set in "Lens Detection" under Menu? Thanks in advance for any info you might render.--martha
Advertisement Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Hi martha, Take a look here CV 40 Nokton 1.4. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
250swb Posted April 14, 2013 Share #2 Posted April 14, 2013 I would code it as the 35mm Summilux f1.4 11870. Both lenses are similar in character. Steve
lct Posted April 14, 2013 Share #3 Posted April 14, 2013 Would you know the coding pits for the 11870 (Summilux-M 35/1.4 pre-asph)?

nikau Posted April 14, 2013 Share #5 Posted April 14, 2013 I would code it as the 35mm Summilux f1.4 11870. Both lenses are similar in character. Steve That's what I did; seems to work well.
250swb Posted April 15, 2013 Share #6 Posted April 15, 2013 Would you know the coding pits for the 11870 (Summilux-M 35/1.4 pre-asph)? It can't be coded on the mount, hence the manual code in the menu. Steve
