Advertisement Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Hi cam2000, Take a look here Montreal's Olympic stadium. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Michael Hiles Posted March 29, 2007 Share #2  Posted March 29, 2007 Bonjour Jacques,  Very nice photograph. I like your sense of geometry, and your image is impressively sharp. I live in Montréal, and know this place well, and the picture resonates.  Félicitations
vmo67 Posted March 29, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted March 29, 2007 It leaves me wanting more of the bottom section for some reason. Maybe the angle should have included more foundation.
stuny Posted March 29, 2007 Share #4 Â Posted March 29, 2007 Jacques - Â Lolvey colors, details, angle and composition. You can still make it bigger here and have room for your frame.
cam2000 Posted March 29, 2007 Author Share #5 Â Posted March 29, 2007 Thanks for your comments on this picture....... Merci Michael! Â I should have have mentioned that I just started my collection of lens for the range-finder and from this vantage point of view my widest and normal Aspheric Summicron 35 I could not include more of this architectural..... so I settled to show mainly the roof suspended by all the steel cables and the impressive 551' (feet) 168 (meters) structural tower. Once I see what the firmware 1.10 will do with the cyan corners for wide angle..... if it works well than I will buy a Leica 21mm lens. Â PS: Stuart if you click on the link above you will have a big picture!
FMB Posted March 31, 2007 Share #6 Â Posted March 31, 2007 Jacques, I also have Cron 35 asph but I bought recently the Elmarit 24 asph. It is a fantastic lens althought less sharp. Â Your picture is a model of composition. Â Cheers, Francisco
