Iduna Posted September 26, 2012 Share #1  Posted September 26, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Some new attempts with ND filter on R-lenses 35, and close-ups with 90 and 180mm Here a few first results of a late summer day in our local Botanical Garden. The butterflies were very quickly moving so waiting was the only chance on this hot day. Have a look and I am thankful if your share a moment.     central cottage, with a ND filter on Elmarit 35 mm     with Elmarit 90mm + Extension tube     Elmarit 180 mm     Elmarit 90 mm     Elmarit 90 mm

stuny Posted September 26, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted September 26, 2012 Iduna - Â The close-ups are excellent, and the overall shot (#1) establishes the environment. For effective display I'd post the close-ups first.
pauledell Posted September 26, 2012 Share #3 Â Posted September 26, 2012 Iduna, Â A great series especially the close-ups with the selective focus. Fine composition, colors and sharpness. Â Paul

allamande Posted September 27, 2012 Share #6 Â Posted September 27, 2012 Iduna, Â This is a beautiful series and the close ups are great with fabulous color and crisp focus (and nice bokeh too). I love the first one in its expansiveness and the way it presents the scene. So much lurk in the bushes!!! And, you reveal them, one by one. Iduna Posted September 27, 2012 Author Share #7 Â Posted September 27, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Ece, Â thanks for your nice review. It is interesting you discovered the difference of dark and lights in the first one. This gap was covered by an ND filter and required only a slight opening of the shadows in LR.
