usm Posted March 12, 2007 Share #1 Posted March 12, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi! I got a nice CV 15mm with the original Voigtländer Adapter. Which is my first CV lens and of course my first adapter. What comes first: The adapter to the camera and then the lens on the adapter or first adapter to lens and together on the camera? Also when removing: Is there a way to leave the adapter on the lens? Thanx! Mario Sorry this was the wrong section - can somebody remove this. I posted already in the digital forum
Advertisement Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 Hi usm, Take a look here Screw mount Adapter and CV 15mm. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
cbretteville Posted March 12, 2007 Share #2 Posted March 12, 2007 Mario, I attach the adapter to the lens and leave it there (I don't have any screw mount cameras ). From then on they work more or less like any M-mount lens. As they come with a rear cap that fits its easier this way. Enjoy your new 'toy'! - Carl
Stephen.s1 Posted March 12, 2007 Share #3 Posted March 12, 2007 Use the rear cap as a "wrench" to tighten the adapter to the lens. It might save your fingers...
stunsworth Posted March 12, 2007 Share #4 Posted March 12, 2007 The same as Carl says. If you ever have multiple lenses get an adaptor for each, it makes like much easier.
Guest lll Posted March 12, 2007 Share #5 Posted March 12, 2007 Mario, you can fix the adaptor with a small(!) drop of nail laquer. If you ever want to losen it again, some aceton or nail laquer remover will do the job. But why should you seperate the "M-lens"? Friedhelm
