M6Mann Posted July 29, 2012 Share #1 Â Posted July 29, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hey all, Maybe someone can give some insight to this. I recently brought my M9 to Leica (twice) to have the 50mm frame lines actually show up in my viewfinder. They are now visible and usable but I just noticed that images I shoot with my 90 Summicron and 28 Elmarit are now totally unsharp. What the hell is that? Before the adjustment for the frames lines it was all good. Could this be a calibration problem now? One I didn't have before. Thanks for any insight on this. M6Mann Posted July 30, 2012 Author Share #5 Â Posted July 30, 2012 Thanks for the responses. I will have to send it back again. Never had a problem with my M6 in the 12 years I've had it. I had a problem with this M9 since day one. Mistake? Still trying to figure that one out.
jankap Posted July 30, 2012 Share #6 Â Posted July 30, 2012 Remarkable. The framelines are chosen by the bayonet of the lens. Please check the rangefinder with known distances (0.7m, 2m, infinity). Do you use screwmount adapters? Jan
