Leica R Miltar 3.5/152 General Scientific Corporation - FREE SHIPMENT | eBay

Has someone any idea about ? the bayonet mount and the first segment of the barrel are surely Leitz... but I am not sure about the optics in itself... some special purpose Elcan item ? Pity the engraving around the front isn't fully readable...

And what about the #16462 (engraved CANADA) "unscaled focusing mount to infinity for Summicron 90 and 135/2.8 lens heads", normally intended for use on bellows, appearing between the R mount and the lens body ?

Seems a combo with a GSC made Cine camera lens made for Bell & Howell and a 16462 focusing ramp for 2/90 & 2,8/135 head + the Viso lens to R adapter 14127 F

Why has it a f stop ring ? Does it couples to something on the R bodies ? (you know - I am 0-5% knowledged on R questions... :o)

Shame on You, there is so much to know about Flex & R Leica, You should work on that!

14127F was the early version for non TLL metering Flex, cam had to know aperture used in the lens for correct metering.

Later SL to R 9 use ring 14167 (or without coupling 14127F).

A 90mm Summicron head on Leicaflex, what a pleasure to work with!

have fun

Thomas
