DomLogan Posted May 31, 2012 Author Share #21 Posted May 31, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) No such luck with the film that was still in the camera , it was unused . The shop gave me a good discount otherwise that could have been an expensive 10 metres of film.

wlaidlaw Posted September 3, 2018 Share #22 Posted September 3, 2018 Just spotted this thread from a few years ago. The other thing in favour of it being a home brewed camera, is that there is no film tightening or slackening knob in the centre of the wind on spool - see below for my FF. You hold the outer wind on knob and press your thumb into the centre of the knob which has knurling on it. You can then turn clockwise to tighten the film or anti-clockwise to slacken it. George Furst Posted March 13, 2019 Share #23 Posted March 13, 2019 Your 200mm f4.5 lens was made in 1955. It was produced near the end of the production of this lens. I hope this helps you. Having read all the prior responses, it does not solve and questions for me. Also could you show the Reporter camera with the 200mm lens attached. I am curious how it attaches and am sure that it must have had a extension tube like the 400mm one that I include in the below photo. Welcome, dear visitor!
